Returns – We accept returns if notified within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this point will be denied. Item(s) must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery at customer expense unless otherwise agreed. Item(s) must be returned via tracked shipping methods. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following: – Custom orders – Larger orders (5 or more pillow covers) – Damage to vintage/mudcloth covers if used for other than decorative purposes – Discounted / Sale items – Damaged / Used items
Shipping Fees on Returns – The original cost incurred to ship items will not be refunded. – Customer is responsible for return tracked shipping costs.
Free Shipping – All orders over $75.00 not including taxes ship free in Canada via First Class / Ground tracked delivery. Expedited delivery options are available at additional cost. International orders over $100.00 not including taxes Canadian ship free via First Class / Ground tracked delivery. Expedited shipping at additional cost is available.
Shipping Times – All pillow covers are made to order. Orders of most pillow covers ship between 4 and 10 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. We ship expedited Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or CanPar.
International Orders – Customers are responsible for any applicable customs / import taxes
Pillow Inserts Pillow Inserts ship within 2 business days. Custom lumbar sizes may take longer. We cannot offer free shipping on more than 2 pillow inserts.
Colour – We try to photograph our pillow covers to reflect the actual colours however colour values may be displayed differently on some computer monitors. When in doubt, please request a fabric sample.
Pattern – With large patterns, pattern placement will vary. Please let us know when you order should you have particular pattern placement requirements.
