Policies, Terms, Conditions

Pillows By Dwellissimo sells its products to validated retailers and trade accounts at wholesale or discounted prices.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Canadian wholesale dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping and sales taxes.

Payment Terms

Orders are taken subject to approval and acceptance by Pillows By Dwellissimo and are always subject to textile availability. Payment is due at the time of placement of order.

Order Cancellation

Ten (10) days written notice prior to the ship date is required to cancel an order. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to shipping costs and any other applicable charges. 

Claims and Returns

Please read descriptions carefully as many of our textiles are handmade and subject to minor variations in size, colour and finish. On request, we are happy to supply textile samples free of charge.

We must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise if there are concerns regarding damages during shipment or other matters. 

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply.

​Once a claim is approved, a credit will be applied to your account that must be used within a year.  Refunds are not issued.​

Shipping and Freight Rates

We endeavour to keep shipping costs at a minimum and are happy to estimate shipping charges prior to the finalization of your order. Please contact us with any questions.

Freight charges may be subject to fuel charges dependent on market conditions.

Additional charges include but are not limited to delivery appointments, remote addresses, residential delivery, tailgate, Storage and inside delivery

MAP Policy

Your regular retail price inclusive of shipping (periodic sale pricing excluded) must be no less than the retail price for the same product offered for sale at https://pillowsbydwellissimo.com. PLEASE NOTE OUR RETAIL PRICING INCLUDES SHIPPING AND DOES NOT INCLUDE FILLERS.
Discount Coupons that apply to the shopping cart are also acceptable.

MAP Pricing is strictly enforced. If Pillows by Dwellissimo, discovers an item that isn’t compliant with this policy,  it will provide the offender with 24 hours written notice to re-price or remove the item.  The offender’s account will be suspended until the matter has been rectified to the sole satisfaction of Pillows By Dwellissimo.

Restriction on Third-Party Selling Platforms

The resale distribution through online third-party reseller platforms that include, but are not limited to, Etsy, Amazon eBay etc. is strictly prohibited. Third-party reseller platform restriction is strictly enforced. Non-compliance with this policy will result in the loss of authorized reseller status. Please advise us if you are planning to enter into an agreement with influencers who may offer our products for sale via their own sites or platforms. Generally, subject to the MAP policy noted above such a sale may not be prohibited, however we reserve the right to approve of such an arrangement.

You can also use your trade discount on pillow covers and inserts at our retail store at 78 Walton Street, Port Hope.

Fabric swatches are available at no cost. Just send us an email directly or via the website. Swatch requests generally ship within 1 – 2 business days.

We update our stock several times a year. Some of our fabrics are not mass-produced resulting in a unique and sometimes, limited supply of a finished product.

We do projects with Customers’ Own Material (COM). Please send us an email with an outline of the project along with photos and the specifications of the fabric for the work to be undertaken.
