Using a feather/down pillow insert anywhere between 1-2 inches larger than pillow cover or a synthetic down anywhere between 2 -4 inches larger than pillow cover is recommended for a plump karate chop look.

Very well made and the fabric is so pretty. I requested a fabric swatch and when it was slow to arrive the shop owner sent me a second swatch without hesitation. Love this pillow and expect to have it for many years.
